The Olde Seafarer

Originally built for johnnywr's Mariner's Reach, now it sits in Riverview. I posted a CC laden lot in the Exteriors thread at LivingSims and LemonJelly had been after me to post this lot. After having problems with the Generations update for all EPs, I let go of most third party CC. Game kept crashing, the Crash Log Analyzer said it was CC. Having to go through my Mods/Packages folder was to large a task, so I just deleted it, re-downloaded my store packages in a clean reinstall of the game and added my library. I was able to download my favorite third party CC, knowing I can't let it go. The Seafarer has been through some changes, being build and decorated with mostly EA/Store items with a few pieces of CC dotted in.

Built on a 20x15 lot, cost around 38k, fully furnished. Landscaped and decorated, this 2beds, 1.5 bath, with a bike rake, skill items, is perfect for a loner, author sim. (yeah, love writing sims) I wanted an old, salty, need loving care type feel for this lot. Hope you like it.
